Proprietary features:

• The length of the worktable is 5m, which is suitable for small diameter and large thickness rods such as 5G pole
• The straightening fulcrum is connected with the workbench by bolts and can be moved according to the specific conditions of the pole to suit the street light poles with different diameters and thicknesses
• The rod traveling roller is separated from the pressing point, which is convenient to bear relatively large straightening force. Under the action of relatively large straightening force, the indentation on the surface of the rod is avoided due to the large contact area of the pressing point.
• Polyurethane covers the pressure point to prevent indentation
• The pole walking rollers at both ends are equipped with springs, which can be adjusted to suit rods of different weights
• The lower fulcrum of the oil cylinder is a movable V-groove, which is suitable for the requirements of different tapers and edges
• With wireless remote control operation handle, it is simpler to avoid cable dragging back and forth.
• Hydraulic station, the machine is designed as a whole, which is convenient to move anywhere in the workshop
• The automatic variable displacement oil pump is used to generate large flow to obtain the downward speed. When under pressure, it will automatically change to large pressure and small flow to obtain sufficient pressure. And save electricity.

To meet customers’ demands, we developed CNC light pole door cutting machine, base plate welding machine, automatic double / four head drilling machine, high mast automatic welding machine, etc.. we continuously optimize and improve our products to meet the light pole industry. It greatly changes the situation of manual work and improve the quality and efficiency of light pole production.    

More than 80% of our products are exported to overseas markets, such as Thailand, Malaysia, India, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Latvia, kazakhstan, Algeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, the Middle East, etc.

We have supplied both light pole machines / lines and hot-dip galvanizing lines to multiple customers.
